The Paramount Support Team ensure that we follow best practice in relation to safeguarding and support matters, and that all our clients remain safe and free from harm during their stay with us. Paramount’s Risk Assessments accompany all new placements into our properties, with the aim to balance the needs of that client as well as the wider community.
The team consists of very experienced Support Staff offering a light support service to our clients, ensuring they are signposted and referred to the most appropriate services that are likely to promote positive outcomes for those most in need.
Our Asset Management Team is available 24/7, providing a responsive and reliable service to ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. We handle all repair enquiries directly, working closely with residents to arrange swift, effective solutions - minimising disruption and keeping properties safe, secure, and comfortable.
With a proactive approach to maintenance and a genuine commitment to quality, we take pride in looking after every asset as if it were our own. From routine repairs to emergency callouts, our in-house team ensures your property receives the care, attention, and professionalism it deserves - around the clock.
The Paramount Task Force work across our portfolio to deliver expert frontline services from the early evening and across out of hours. Their activities can range from supporting new residents as they move in, to responding to any potential reports of Anti-Social Behaviour.
The Paramount Task Force always put safeguarding needs at the heart of our service. As a roaming service across our entire geographic area of operation, they deliver high quality case management of individual’s requiring one-stop or ongoing support related matters.
